Recorded April 20, 2001, in Detroit, MI, Live Volume is the first live album by Corrosion of Conformity and first time back on vinyl since 2016. The pressing is clean and quiet, which is nice for a live album, but the soundstage feels a bit flat compared to the raw energy you’d expect from a Detroit show. It’s got the full setlist from that night, so fans will want it, just don’t expect audiophile magic.
