Things Take Time, Take Time is an assured leap forward for Barnett; a breakthrough really. This is Barnett at her most relaxed, creative and joyful. An exquisite look at the intimate, private world created by Barnett and drummer/producer Stella Mozgawa (Warpaint, Cate le Bon, Kurt Vile). It’s consequently her most beautiful and intimate record to date.

Chloe ★★★★★

I was so happy when this blue vinyl arrived—the color is so vibrant and the pressing is really quiet, no pops or crackles. This album shows a more relaxed, joyful side and I’ve had it on repeat all week.

Avery ★★★☆☆

The blue vinyl itself is a nice touch and the pressing sounds clean, but the packaging felt a bit flimsy for the price. It’s a relaxing listen, though I wasn’t blown away by the mix on a few tracks.
