The pressing is super quiet and the low end on this Chico Hamilton record really comes through beautifully. I'd been looking for this title for ages and the 50th anniversary edition didn't disappoint.

The 50th anniversary vinyl mastering really brings out the warmth in Chico Hamilton's percussion. Great pickup for Record Store Day, though the gatefold sleeve could have been a bit sturdier.

I was happy to snag this Chico Hamilton 50th anniversary vinyl during RSD Black Friday — the pressing is clean and the artwork feels true to the original. Only wish the sleeve had a bit more protective lining, but the sound quality more than makes up for it.
