Violet K. ★★★★★ Oct 19, 2026

The vinyl itself is dead quiet between tracks, letting Charley Patton’s raw vocals and guitar work really breathe. Grabbed this for RSD and the pressing quality exceeded my expectations.

Joseph ★★★★★ Oct 18, 2026

Charley Patton's slide work really cuts through on this pressing—the clarity is surprising for recordings this old. The RSD Black Friday vinyl feels solid, and the track selection makes a great introduction to his style.

William ★★★★★ Oct 18, 2026

Picked this up for RSD and the pressing quality is fantastic—the low end on “Screamin’ and Hollerin’ the Blues” really comes through. If you’re into pre-war Delta blues, this volume is a must-have.
