Full HD re-creation/restoration of the legendary soundtrack for 1994 Exploration / Action-Adventure / Sci-Fi / Alien video game Super Metroid by Louisiana-based composer and producer Jammin' Sam Miller.

Jammin' Sam Miller explains: "Composed by Kenji Yamamoto. Recreated by me. This was made possible by locating the original instrument samples from workstation keyboards and drum machines before they were put into the game and rebuilding the soundtrack from the ground up, applying some modern mixing techniques along the way to lift the veil of 16bit compression and create an updated listening experience.

Samuel S. ★★★★★

Flipping from Brinstar’s moody bass to the frantic boss fight stabs, the pressing keeps every layer clean and punchy. Jammin’ Sam Mille’s restoration makes the 16-bit textures feel almost tangible, and the 2xLP split is perfect for side-long immersion. This is how you honor a 1994 classic.

Andrew ★★★★★

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, letting every eerie synth and percussive blast from Brinstar shine through. It's like hearing this iconic soundtrack for the first time again.

Lily F. ★★★★★

Picked this up for a nostalgia fix, and the full HD recreation is so crisp you can hear every atmospheric echo and bass line that made the original soundtrack so haunting. The 2xLP format gives each area's theme room to breathe without cutting corners.
