For nearly four decades, Slayer's onslaught has proven the band to be the supreme thrash-metal band on the planet. The two-time Grammy-winning band has also accumulated an abundance of Certified Gold Albums along with "Best..." awards from media outlets all over the world, including Kerrang!, SPIN, Metal Hammer, Revolver, and Esquire. Throughout Slayer's history, the band has never faltered in unleashing it's extreme and focused sonic assault, and, unlike many of it's contemporaries who "commercialized" their sound, Slayer has remained crushing and brutal, steadfastly refusing to cater to the mainstream.

Ruby T. ★★★★★

This pressing captures the band's raw aggression perfectly, with a clarity that makes the riffs hit even harder than my old CD copy. The heavyweight vinyl feels solid and the transparent yellow matches the album's chaotic energy.

Ruby M. ★★★★★

The yellow vinyl looks killer spinning on my turntable, and the pressing itself is dead quiet between tracks. Slayer's four decades of riffs hit harder than ever through my headphones.

Andrew K. ★★★★★

This pressing sounds absolutely massive, and the transparent yellow vinyl looks killer spinning on the turntable. The sleeve feels solid and the grooves are clean, so the whole side flows without a single skip. Forty years of thrash and it still hits like a freight train.
