I’ve been waiting for these Mingus rarities to resurface for years—finally they’re here on vinyl. The track sequencing feels thoughtful, making it more than just a collection of leftovers. It’s a worthy follow-up to Incarnations.

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, letting the bass on those long-unheard Mingus sessions really breathe. It’s a perfect companion piece to Incarnations, and I’m glad they finally assembled these tracks into their own album.

Finally, those rare Mingus tracks are collected properly on vinyl — the sound quality is incredible for recordings this old. I've been waiting years to hear these compositions without hunting down bootlegs. This one's going on heavy rotation.
