Celebrate Whitney Houston's remarkable legacy with the special release of LOVE IS "Live From South Africa" and more, debuting exclusively for Record Store Day! This vinyl features the debut of the unreleased track "Love Is." After three decades, fans can enjoy various versions of this track, including a live rehearsal, an a-cappella rendition, and a remix by Carvin Winans. Additionally, the collection boasts two bonus tracks recorded live at Kings Park Stadium in Durban, South Africa, in 1994. This historic performance marked Whitney as the first major Western artist to visit the newly unified, apartheid nation following Nelson Mandela's winning election as President.

Christopher M. ★★★★★

I’ve been waiting for this Record Store Day exclusive to come out, and the pressing quality is superb—crystal clear sound on the South Africa live track. The B-side song gives the whole record a nice variety for a single.

Jacob X. ★★★★★

The live rendition from South Africa gives me chills every spin, and the vinyl’s pressing is crisp enough to catch Whitney’s subtle vocal nuances. It’s a must-have for any collector who appreciates her raw stage power.

Stella ★★★☆☆

Got this for Record Store Day, and the pressing itself is decent—clean surface, no skips. That said, the tracklist is pretty short for the price, so unless you're a die-hard fan of that live version, it feels a bit like a collector's item rather than a value buy.
