Zoe L. ★★★★★

The double LP pressing is dead quiet, and the way the grooves hold that raw Captain Beefheart energy is unreal. Spun side one as soon as it arrived, and the bass on the title track thumps harder than I expected from a reissue.

David O. ★★★★★

The jacket's got a real heft to it, feels proper for a double LP. The pressing itself is quiet and the low end really comes through on tracks like "Neon Meate Dream." I've been spinning this RSD release all weekend and it's exactly the sound I was hoping for.
