Real Estate’s sixth full-length album Daniel was recorded in an ebullient nine-day spree in RCA Studio A, in Nashville with celebrated producer and songwriter Daniel Tashian. In 11 compulsively tuneful songs, they connect the uninhibited wonder of their earliest work with the earned perspective of adulthood.

Scarlett ★★★★★

I’ve had this on heavy rotation since it arrived—the pressing is dead quiet and captures all the warmth of those nine-day Nashville sessions. The production by Daniel Tashian really shines through on vinyl, with each instrument sitting cleanly in the mix.

James H. ★★★★★

This album captures a joyful, spontaneous energy that’s rare. The pressing is clean and quiet, letting those Nashville studio details shine through.

George U. ★★★★☆

The recording quality on this album is fantastic, you can really hear the warmth of that Nashville studio. The nine-day recording session seems to have given it a spontaneous, energetic feel that comes through in every song.
