"Sortie" is the first blistering track from the Effigies' brand new studio album. The legendary punk act is back with the new album release 'Burned,' a 40th anniversary new mix of classic 1984 album 'For Ever Grounded,' and a special tribute & memorial event to honor their fallen frontman John Kezdy who tragically passed away in 2023.

Kevin G. ★★★★★

The orange marble effect on this vinyl is stunning, and the remastered version of "Sortie" sounds incredibly crisp through my turntable. I’ve been waiting for this 40th anniversary mix, and it does the original album justice.

Robert ★★★★★

Cranked this up the second it arrived and the 40th anniversary mix sounds incredibly crisp, way punchier than the old pressing I've had for years. The orange marble swirl is a nice touch, but the audio quality alone justifies the price.

Thomas Z. ★★★★☆

The orange marble vinyl looks even better in person — the orange and black swirl really fits the punk aesthetic. Only complaint is the sleeve came with a slight warp but it plays fine after a few spins. Great pressing overall for a classic reissue.
