Christopher ★★★★★

I was blown away by the clarity of the vocals on this pressing—Shemekia's voice cuts through the mix perfectly. The metallic gold vinyl looks stunning spinning on my turntable, and the Grammy-nominated quality of the blues and soul is undeniable.

Adam I. ★★★★★

The vinyl itself is a nice weight and plays with almost no surface noise right out of the sleeve. Shemekia's vocals really cut through on this pressing, especially on the slower tracks. A great addition for any blues collection.

Ruby ★★★★☆

The metallic gold vinyl looks stunning under the light, and the pressing itself is clean with almost no surface noise. I just wish the jacket had a printed inner sleeve instead of the plain black one, but the music more than makes up for it.
