Harper J. ★★★★★

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, letting every note of the trumpet and bass breathe cleanly. Side two’s extended jam really opens up on this format. A solid addition to any jazz collection.

Edward W. ★★★★★

I’ve been spinning this record all weekend and the stereo separation on the title track is incredibly clear, even on my older turntable. The sleeve feels sturdy and the vinyl itself has a nice weight to it. Definitely a keeper in my collection.

James ★★★★★

The 12-inch pressing is flat and quiet, no pops or crackle between tracks, which is rare for a standard edition these days. Side two especially sounds warm and open, like the tape is right there in the room. If you're building out the electric-era Davis catalog, this one's a keeper.
