The Scythe (Live From The Pyre) 7"

I grabbed this for Record Store Day and the pressing is dead quiet—no surface noise at all. The live recording captures the crowd perfectly without drowning out the band.

The live energy really comes through on this 7-inch—the pressing is clean and captures the crowd perfectly. It spins smoothly at 33 rpm, just as expected from a Record Store Day release.

The live version on the A-side has a raw energy that the studio cut doesn't quite capture, which is exactly what I wanted from this 7-inch. The vinyl itself plays clean with no surface noise, though I wish the sleeve had a bit more artwork.
