The Last Three Human Words (Demo) / Just Be Simple 7"

I’ve been playing this 7-inch on repeat since it arrived—the demo track has this raw, lo-fi warmth that sounds like it was recorded in a basement at 2am. The pairing of those two voices on the cover is surprisingly natural, too.

The B-side cover is what sold me—MJ Lenderman’s take fits so well next to the demo’s sparse production. Both tracks flow together perfectly on one slab of wax, and my needle hasn’t lifted since it dropped.

The demo track sounds so raw and intimate, exactly what I hoped for from a seven-inch pressing. The cover on the B-side is a perfect companion, and the vinyl itself arrived flat with a nice, clean surface for playback.
