Texas Sun EP

The way this record captures that wide-open Texas highway feel is spot-on—the bass on "Texas Sun" alone makes the 12-inch worth it. I’ve already played it front to back three times since it arrived. The vinyl itself came perfectly flat with no warp, which is always a relief.

Picked this up after digging into Leon Bridges' soul sound, and the pressing is so clean and warm—fits long drives perfectly. That four-hour Fort Worth to Houston trip the description mentions really is the exact vibe this EP was made for.

I’ve had this 12 inch vinyl spinning all week, and the way the needle catches the warmth of the title track really captures that endless Texas highway feeling. It’s a solid addition to any collection, though the sleeve arrived with a slight corner ding from shipping.
