Physical Thrills

The production by Butch Vig really shines through on this pressing, giving the guitars a huge, layered sound that fills the room. I've been spinning it non-stop since it arrived, and the vinyl itself is dead quiet between tracks.

The vinyl arrived perfectly flat and plays without any surface noise, which is a relief. The mix by Butch Vig really gives each instrument its own space, especially on the heavier tracks. I've already spun it three times since it showed up.

The production from Butch Vig really comes through on this vinyl—the dynamics are crisp and the low end hits harder than I expected. Spun it twice already and keep catching new details in the mix. Been waiting for a Silversun follow-up that delivers this well.
