Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory

The opening track hits hard, and the collaborative songwriting makes the whole record feel fresh and alive. My copy arrived with no skips, and the vinyl weight has that satisfying feel on the turntable.

The collaborative energy really comes through in the mix—the bass and drums hit harder than on her solo albums. I’ve had it on repeat for three days and the vinyl itself plays perfectly flat with no warps.

The pressing is dead quiet between tracks, which lets the layered instrumentation breathe—you can really hear how the band shapes every song differently from her solo albums. I’ve spun it three times already and keep catching new details in the mix.
