Radiant Melodies – FINAL FANTASY VII [進口CD]

The strings and percussion combo gives these old tracks a fresh, almost cinematic weight—Aerith’s theme gave me chills. Perfect for a quiet evening listen, and the import packaging feels like a nice little collector’s piece.

The minimal arrangement really lets the iconic melodies shine—the strings and percussion combo gives each track a fresh, intimate feel. I've been listening to it on repeat since it arrived.

I was a bit worried the simple strings-and-percussion arrangement might feel sparse, but the familiar melodies really shine through in a fresh way. My only small complaint is that the track listing is in Japanese, so I had to look up a few song names online.
