Punch

The pressing is dead quiet between tracks, which lets the fuzz and reverb from these 1970-71 tape transfers breathe properly. I've spun it three times already and the heaviness still hits like it was recorded yesterday.

The sleeve art has this raw, almost bootleg feel that perfectly matches the heavy psych inside. Side A's fuzz guitar sounds like it was captured in a sweaty basement in 1971. Definitely worth grabbing if you dig obscure tape-archived rock.

The tape-archived recordings sound incredibly raw and alive, exactly what I wanted from lost 70s psych rock. The pressing is quiet and the heavy riffs really shake the room on a proper turntable.
