Phonetics On and On（透明水晶黑膠）

The vinyl itself is crystal clear and dead quiet between tracks, which lets the band's layered guitars really breathe. Spun it three times already this week and the mix feels warmer than the digital version.

Pulled this out of the sleeve on a quiet Sunday and the pressing is dead quiet between tracks, which makes the cold Chicago recording vibe really come through. The crystal clear vinyl catches the light nicely on the turntable, and I've already spun it three times without any skips or surface noise.

The recording sessions in that brutal Chicago winter really come through in the album's raw, live-in-the-room feel. Side A has a slight inner-groove distortion on my copy, but the overall sound is crisp and the vinyl itself is beautifully flat.
