Crime of the Century 40週年紀念版

The remastering on this 40th Anniversary pressing brings out the piano and sax layers so clearly it's like hearing "School" for the first time again. The gatefold sleeve feels sturdy, and the record itself plays through without a skip, which is all I ask from a classic album reissue.

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, letting those iconic piano and sax parts on "School" really breathe. I’ve had this album on CD for years, but this 40th anniversary edition makes it feel brand new.

I was a bit skeptical about how a 40-year-old album would translate to vinyl, but the pressing is dead quiet and the low end on "School" is incredibly warm and punchy. Really brought me back to my first listen.
