Jennifer Castle’s voice feels so intimate and weathered here, it’s like she’s singing just for you. The vinyl itself is dead quiet between tracks, letting every subtle instrumental detail breathe.

I was a little worried the pressing quality might be thin, but the 180-gram vinyl feels substantial and plays with almost no surface noise. The way Jennifer Castle's voice fills the room on this record is really something special.

The vinyl itself is dead quiet between tracks, letting Jennifer Castle's vocals and the sparse instrumentation really breathe. I've had it on repeat since it arrived, and the mastering captures a warmth that streaming just can't match for this kind of intimate record.
