Animals (2016 Remaster)

The bass on this remaster hits so much cleaner than my old copy—you can actually hear every subtle layer in the guitar work. Side A plays through with almost no surface noise, and it’s quickly become my go‑to spin for late nights.

The vinyl is dead quiet between tracks, letting the bassline on "Dogs" breathe like I’ve never heard before. The 2016 remaster really opens up the midrange compared to my old copy.

Side A's dynamics really come through on this 12-inch pressing—the low end is punchy and the remastered clarity makes the synths feel fresh without losing the grit. I've spun it three times since it arrived and it's been a great addition to my rotation.
