The Sky Moves Sideways

The album's US track list feels like a different beast than the original, but that's part of its charm. Spinning it on my turntable, the quieter passages really breathe, and the side-length flow works perfectly.

The vinyl is dead quiet, no surface noise at all, which lets all those atmospheric layers really breathe. I'd forgotten how good the US track sequencing flows on this pressing.

The gatefold sleeve is beautifully thick and the vinyl feels substantial—perfect for a late-night listen. The 1995 US track list changes actually make for a more cohesive flow, I think. Really glad I picked this up.
