This pressing captures all the raw, intimate vocal details I'd missed streaming through earbuds. The Memphis recording gives it a warmth that really fills the room.

I'd only ever streamed this album, so hearing the Memphis-recorded tracks on 12 inch vinyl honestly floored me — the low end on "Faith Healer" hits completely different. Side B especially rewards a full sit-down listen.

The pressing sounds incredibly clean, no surface noise at all, and the mastering gives the quieter piano parts room to breathe. Side B hit harder than I expected on first listen.
