Cat Palace II (Cassette)

Goro's vocal samples pop through the mix in a way that makes every track feel like a conversation, and the blend of analog and digital synths keeps things unpredictable. The tape itself plays clean with no hiss, which I appreciate. Perfect follow-up for anyone who loved the first Cat Palace.

I’ve had this cassette on repeat all week—Goro’s vocal samples give each track a playful, unexpected energy. The blend of analog warmth and digital crispness makes it feel both nostalgic and fresh. My only complaint is that 30 minutes flies by way too fast.

Was pleasantly surprised by how clear the vocal samples from Ellie's cat Goro came through on this cassette, really adds a unique character to each track. The mix of analog and digital synth instruments gives it a warm yet crisp sound that feels fresh every listen.
