Truth or Consequence (CD)

I was a bit skeptical about country versions of punk songs, but the banjo on "Guilty" works surprisingly well. The digipack packaging feels nice and sturdy.

The pickup of the crowd between songs is what got me—it feels like you're right there in that tiny room. The digipack itself is sturdy and the country spin on these tracks is way more fun than I expected for a live recording.

The live energy from that El Coyote show really comes through on these country versions—the twang suits their songs way better than I expected. The digipack is sturdy too, not one of those flimsy cardboard sleeves. Been spinning it nonstop since it arrived.
