The Ruins of Things Unfinished

The black vinyl pressing feels substantial and quiet, with zero surface noise during the quieter passages. I just wish the gatefold sleeve had a bit more artwork inside.

The black vinyl is a nice touch—it gives the whole thing a clean, classic feel. I wish the jacket had a little more info inside, but the record itself sounds warm and plays without any noise.

I picked this up mostly for the classic black vinyl look, and it does deliver on that front. The pressing itself sounds clean, though I was hoping for a bit more warmth in the low end. It’s a solid listen, but not something I’d reach for over other records in my collection.
