파란 눈의 도적 (Il Bandito Dagli Occhi Azzurri)

The vinyl's warmth really lets Morricone’s jazz phrasing breathe, especially on the title track. I’ve had it on repeat all weekend.

Finally, a chance to hear Morricone’s jazz side without the usual orchestral bombast. The interplay between the brass and piano on side A is something I’ve never heard in his other soundtracks. So glad I grabbed this pressing.

This record captures Morricone’s jazz side so beautifully, the interplay between the horns and piano feels alive. The vinyl is dead quiet between tracks, which really lets the dynamic range shine.
