Cranked this up on a quiet Sunday and the vinyl reissue brings so much warmth to those Union Station tracks—the analog pressing really lets the fiddle and mandolin breathe. It’s been almost thirty years since the original, but these covers still hit hard. The double-platinum status makes sense once

The gatefold sleeve is sturdy and the vinyl itself is dead quiet—no pops or surface noise at all. I’ve been playing “Every Time You Say Goodbye” on repeat and the mastering really brings out the mandolin detail.

First heard the title track on the radio and had to have this on vinyl. The 180-gram pressing feels substantial in the hand, and the gatefold sleeve has nice liner notes.
