"Went to a Party"와 "Don't Be Nice to Me" 같은 그루브 넘치는 곡에서의 시그니처 위트, "Blue on Blue"와 "Jet Pac Boomerang"에서의 진심 어린 감정, 그리고 "Raincoat in the River"와 "A Quiet Place" 같은 60의 숨겨진 보석에 새로운 생명을 불어넣는 Nick의 모습까지, Indoor Safari는 Nick Lowe가 음악 업계에서 시작한 지 반세기가 넘도록 여전히 공연자, 작곡가, 프로듀서로서 자신의 발자취를 남기고 있음을 보여줍니다.

Los Straitjackets' energy really elevates these tracks—the guitar work on side two is especially tight. This album feels like a proper return to form after all these years.

Grace F. ★★★★☆

Took a gamble since it's his first album in a decade, but the razor-sharp songwriting is still there. The pressing is nice and quiet, which really lets the guitar work shine.

Penelope K. ★★★★☆

It’s been over a decade since Nick’s last one, but this feels like he never left—his songwriting is as sharp as ever, and Los Straitjackets lock in perfectly behind him. Great to have this on 12-inch vinyl, though I wish the sleeve had a lyric sheet for a couple of the deeper cuts. Still, a solid sp
