Hole In My Head

I was blown away by how the orchestral arrangements on side B build such a powerful emotional arc. The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, letting every nuance of the Amsterdam performance shine through. This one’s been on repeat since it arrived.

The music captures that bittersweet closing feeling perfectly, and the vinyl itself is pressed clean with almost no surface noise between tracks. I’ve spun it three times already and it genuinely sounds like the room in Amsterdam is right there with me.

The gatefold sleeve has a nice matte finish that really sets off the minimalist cover art. The recording itself is so well-mastered, you can hear every breath from the orchestra before the show starts. This will be on my turntable all summer.
