Hatsukoi [2LP Import]

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet and captures the warmth of Utada's voice beautifully. I was pleasantly surprised by the heft of the gatefold sleeve and the included booklet has lovely liner notes. It sounds exactly how a high-quality import should.

The vinyl is dead quiet between tracks, letting Utada's vocals breathe beautifully. The import pressing feels substantial and the booklet adds a nice touch for longtime listeners.

The booklet alone makes this worth it, but the pressing itself is quiet and the black vinyl feels sturdy. Every track on side two flows perfectly and I've already spun it three times since it landed. If you're a fan of this era, the import packaging is a nice touch.
