a-sides and b-sides CD

The raw, lo-fi production on these early tracks captures a real intimacy that their later albums polish away. Hearing Adrianne and Buck’s songwriting take shape is a treat for any fan.

I've been listening to this CD on repeat since it arrived, and the raw, lo-fi production really captures that early creative energy perfectly. The tracklist flows beautifully from the softer acoustic numbers to the more energetic b-sides.

The packaging is simple but feels sturdy enough to survive a few moves. I was pleasantly surprised that the track listing actually includes a couple of deep cuts I'd never heard before. A solid pickup if you're into the early sound.
