A

Cass’s storytelling really shines on tracks like “A”, where every verse feels like a complete little world. The melodies have this magnetic pull that keeps me hitting repeat.

This album is the perfect mix of storytelling and catchy guitar work, with tracks that feel both timeless and raw. The melodies have been stuck in my head for weeks now, and it’s become a staple in my rotation.

I’ve been listening to Cass McCombs’ debut on repeat since it arrived—the story-songs and magnetic melodies really pull you in. It’s one of those foundational albums that feels both fresh and timeless. The sound quality on the vinyl is crisp, no surface noise.
