The Magic Whip (10周年記念 インディー限定 ゴールドヴァイナル)

I’ve been spinning this gold vinyl all week, and the new cover art by Tony Hung adds a whole new visual layer to the album I already loved. The grooves are quiet and the soundstage feels wider than my old copy, which surprised me for a 10th anniversary reissue.

The gold pressing is gorgeous and the new Tony Hung artwork gives the sleeve a fresh feel. Spun it twice already and it sounds fantastic with no surface noise.

I wasn’t sure the gold vinyl would look as good as the mockup, but the metallic finish is actually stunning under a lamp. The new cover art gives the whole package a fresh, collectible feel. Sound quality is crisp and warm—exactly what I wanted for this album.
