Mellow Dream [輸入盤]

The quiet hum of the needle dropping on this 2026 reissue instantly pulled me into Ryo Fukui’s world—his touch on the keys is so warm and unhurried. The 180g pure uncolored vinyl keeps the surface absolutely silent, letting every soft note breathe like it’s being played right in the room.

The 180g vinyl feels substantial in my hands, and the pressing is dead quiet—no pops or hiss at all. Ryo Fukui's piano work on this second album has a raw, emotional depth that really shines through on this format. A worthy companion to Scenery for any jazz collection.

I’d only heard Scenery before this, but the B-side here has this warmth that feels like late-night listening. The 180g pressing is dead quiet, which really lets Fukui’s touch come through.
