Empire Records (オリジナル・サウンドトラック)

I love that this 2LP set has all the soundtrack's best tracks spread across two discs, so nothing feels compressed. The gatefold sleeve is sturdy and the black vinyl has a nice weight to it, no warps on my copy. It's been on constant rotation since it arrived.

The black vinyl pressing is dead quiet between tracks, and the gatefold feels sturdy enough for years of flipping. I’ve spun side one three times already and the mid-90s alt-rock energy still gives me chills.

This double LP sounds so much fuller than the digital version I’ve been listening to for years. The black vinyl is clean and quiet, and the tracklist brings back every scene perfectly.
