『Post』は、アイスランドのレコーディングアーティスト、ビョークによる2枚目のスタジオアルバムで、1995にイギリスではOne Little Independent Recordsから、アメリカではElektra Entertainmentからリリースされました。

ビョークの前作『Debut』（1993）がほぼ全曲をNellee Hooperがプロデュースしたのに対し、ビョークは『Post』を自身でプロデュースし、Hooper、808 State's Graham Massey、元Massive AttackメンバーのTrickyを共同プロデューサーとして迎えました。

『Debut』で確立されたスタイルを継承し、『Post』はアートポップの重要な代表例と見なされています。テクノ、トリップホップ、IDM、ハウスなどのエレクトロニック＆ダンススタイルに加え、アンビエント、ジャズ、インダストリアル、実験音楽を折衷的に融合しています。

ビョークはロンドンに移住した後にほとんどの曲を書き、『Post』で街のペース、都市文化、アンダーグラウンドクラブ文化を伝えようと意図しました。

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet between tracks, which really lets the intricate electronic layers on "Army of Me" shine through. The 180-gram weight gives it a nice, sturdy feel in the hands.

I’ve had this record for a few weeks now and the 1995 remaster really brings out the clarity in “Hyperballad.” The pressing is clean overall, though there’s a faint surface noise on the B-side that keeps it from being perfect. Still, it’s a great addition for anyone who loves Björk’s electronic text
