Trill of the Space Crane (Cassetta)

This cassette absolutely nails that spacey psych-rock vibe, the drums and bass feel so tight and punchy under those wild synth riffs. I’ve had it on repeat in my car, the whole instrumental flow just pulls you in.

The bass and drum tracks on this cassette have a raw, almost mechanical texture that perfectly supports Ellie's Minibrute synth riffs. I've had it on repeat all week, especially the way the rhythms lock into those heavy, spacey grooves.

The Minibrute synth riffs are the clear highlight here, cutting through the mix with a nice analog grit. My only gripe is the tape feels a bit quiet on side B, so I have to crank the volume to get the same energy as the first half. Still, the spacey psych vibe lands well for a moody listen.
