Yumewokachitorou | My Way Sarumaru [Import 7"]

It’s a 2026 reissue of the 1985 themes, so the nostalgia hit is instant—the grooves are quiet and the pressing feels sturdy, even if the B-side runs a bit short. I’ve had it on repeat all morning, and the sleeve art alone makes it worth grabbing for any old-school anime fan.

Put this on the turntable and the opening theme instantly transports me back to Saturday morning cartoons. The sound quality is crisp and clear, with none of the surface noise you sometimes get on reissues. My only tiny wish is that it included a lyric insert, but the music itself is flawless.

The A-side sounds crisp and clear on my setup, which is exactly what I wanted for this 1985 anime theme. My only small gripe is the sleeve feels a bit flimsy for a reissue, but the music itself is a perfect nostalgic trip.
