Piano Collections: Pokémon Rojo/Azul/Verde/Amarillo 2CD

The piano arrangements are so faithful to the original Game Boy tunes, especially the Pallet Town track which gives me chills. I love that it's a 2CD set, so I can just let it play through the entire Kanto soundtrack without skipping.

The piano arrangements really bring out the emotion in the original Game Boy tunes, especially the way "Pallet Town" sounds so warm and reflective. I've been listening to it on repeat while working, and the two discs give you plenty of music to enjoy without getting repetitive.

I was a bit skeptical about a 2CD set for game music, but the variety of tracks from all four first-gen games makes it feel complete. The piano-only arrangements are clean and pleasant, though I wish the booklet included more detailed liner notes.
