Wahrheit oder Konsequenz

I was blown away by how the country twang works with those punk songs—the live energy from El Coyote really comes through. The vinyl itself plays cleanly with no surface noise, and the 12-inch format lets the bass sound full.

This live recording captures a completely different energy than the studio versions, the country twang on "Amy" is wild. The audio quality from the El Coyote set is surprisingly clear for a live recording. I keep flipping the record to hear the crowd reaction between songs.

I was a bit skeptical about country covers of Amyl, but the live energy from that El Coyote show really comes through on this 12-inch. The audio quality is crisp, and the slower renditions add a nice twist. Only wish the tracklist was a little longer.
