World Live '88 [Import]

Finally hearing Akira Jimbo's drumming from the 1988 tour on this sky blue vinyl, the pressing is quiet and lets the live mix breathe. The tracklist captures their peak fusion energy, and the color matches the era perfectly.

The live energy really comes through on these tracks, especially Akira Jimbo's drum work. I've been spinning this sky blue vinyl non-stop since it arrived and the pressing is nice and quiet between songs.

The sky blue vinyl looks fantastic spinning on my turntable, and the live versions of tracks from that 1988 tour sound incredibly crisp. It's a great way to hear the final lineup with Akira Jimbo before they moved on.
