This album really captures that raw energy of their earlier work while still sounding huge. I love how "I Was a Teenage Anarchist" comes through so clear on the vinyl. The gatefold sleeve feels sturdy, too.

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, letting the arena rock production really breathe on tracks like "White Crosses." Laura Jane Grace's vocals sound huge and clear, a perfect balance of grit and melody.

I wasn’t sure how the arena rock shift would sound on vinyl, but the pressing captures Laura Jane’s vocals with a punch that’s missing from my digital files. The included lyric sheet is a nice touch for singing along.
