Variety (30th Anniversary Edition) [Import CD]

Been waiting years for a proper copy of this album and the 2014 remaster really brings out the warmth in the original recording. The seven bonus tracks are a nice touch, and the import packaging feels sturdier than most domestic releases I've bought.

The remastered audio on this 30th Anniversary CD really brings out the warmth in Mariya Takeuchi's vocals, especially on the classic tracks. I’ve been listening to the original album for years, and this import edition with the seven bonus cuts makes it feel fresh again.

Pulling this out of the package brought back so many memories—the 2014 remaster really makes those old 80s pop arrangements sound fresh and crisp. The seven bonus tracks are a nice treat for long-time fans like me.
