The Elements (180g Vinyl)

The 180g pressing feels substantial in the hands, and the liner notes include a nice interview with Alice Coltrane discussing the sessions. The bass is full and warm, exactly what you want from a heavyweight vinyl release.

The vinyl is dead quiet, letting Joe Henderson's sax and Alice Coltrane's piano breathe perfectly. Pressed on sturdy 180g, it arrived flat with no warps. A solid pressing for any jazz collection.

The gatefold sleeve is beautifully designed, and the 180g pressing gives the basslines a rich, warm depth that really brings Joe Henderson's playing to life. Alice Coltrane's harp sounds incredibly clear and present on this record. I've been spinning it nonstop since it arrived.
