المطر الأرجواني (إصدار الخطوة الواحدة)

This one-step pressing is the closest I've heard to the original master tape in my own living room, and the single LP format keeps the whole experience dead simple. The numbered limited edition gives it a nice collectible feel, too.

The surface is so quiet that even the faintest details in "When Doves Cry" come through crystal clear. This pressing finally does justice to Prince's production work.

The numbered one-step pressing is dead silent, and the single LP format keeps the album tight without any split-track awkwardness. The bass on “When Doves Cry” punches way harder than any standard pressing I’ve heard. Definitely worth hunting down a numbered copy if you can.
