بيور سموكي

The vinyl is dead quiet between tracks, letting Smokey's smooth vocals really shine through. I’ve had it on repeat all weekend and the pressing quality feels excellent for a 50-year-old album.

I’ve always loved Smokey’s voice, and this solo album captures that smooth, warm feel perfectly. The pressing is clean and the record plays through without any noticeable surface noise. Only wish the gatefold included more liner notes or photos.

Side A has a warmer, more intimate feel compared to some of his later work, which I really enjoyed. The vinyl arrived in perfect shape, but the inner sleeve was a bit tight and scuffed the disc slightly when I first pulled it out. Still, it's a great pressing of a classic album for any Motown fan.
